- renewal of shutters, blinds, awnings and other sun protection;
- updating switches, sockets, bell installations, lamps, obligation including fixtures, floor coverings and other furnishings of furniture; and
- renewal of pipes and taps for gas, water and electricity from the meter or main tap, including all that is necessary therefor.
OWN USE OF THE VACATION COTTAGE:
The Landlord has the right to use the Rented property for three (3) weeks per calendar year. This period must exclusively be spent outside the high season and must be requested by the Landlord and approved by the Tenant.
For personal use, the Landlord is indebted a sum for tourist tax, bed linen, costs of final cleaning and energy costs.
In addition, the Lessor will be given the opportunity to use the Landal-Last-Minute arrangement and the Discount Arrangement for other Landal Parks attached as Appendix 1 to this Lease Agreement.
